Hi my name is Debbie Wiebe Hobby breeder of quality Shih Tzu puppies. Welcome here to my Tzu I am glad that you stopped by for a visit. We are located in Winkler Manitoba, Canada and all of our dogs and puppies are raised in our home with our children and extended families. Since it is so important for puppies to develop and maintain social attachments to their own, the puppies will remain with their mother and littermates until about 9 weeks of age. After that time a decision is then made whether the puppy is mature enough to leave “mom”. It is my goal to produce healthy, happy, well socialized puppies. I do my very best to make sure they have the best from the start until they find their forever homes. I put my heart and soul into assuring that every dog I own and puppies that I produce are healthy and sound and will be for their entire life. We have spent many years searching for the right pedigree to improve the Shih tzu breed. The Shih tzu is an excellent choice for retirees as well as families with children.
The Shih tzu temperment is very affectionate and docile. One of the strongest characteristics of the Shih-Tzu is its personality. The Shih-Tzu is a friendly, nonaggressive dog that is a good companion for children and other breeds of dogs. Shih-Tzus are known for their fun-loving play, romping around the apartment or in the country side. The Shih-Tzu is a people oriented dog, they cherish people! The Shih tzu is not a one person dog. Shih Tzu are happy to entertain any stranger, once accepted by the family. One reason for their popularity is that they make friends where ever they go! Many of our dogs both past and present are certified Saint John's ambulance therapy dogs still working in our area. We are soo proud of all our dogs and the very special people whose lives they have touched.
Deb's Tzu produces a limited amount of puppies each year from quality parents. We breed for quality rather than quantity. All of my dogs are CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) and some are also AKC (American Kennel Club) registered. I breed for health, temperament and beauty so you get the whole complete and total package. I strive to produce puppies that will make the best pets possible for qualified homes as well as puppies that have what it takes to make it in the show ring. All our puppies are vet checked and at 8 weeks of age and then they receive their first immunizations and are dewormed at least 4 times before leaving our home. Our Tzus are pure of breed CKC Canadian Kennel Club Registered. Our puppies come with a written health guarantee, pedigree, puppy & information package. Most of our puppies are sold with limited CKC registration on a spay/neuter contract however, due to the quality of the puppies we produce some may also be place with unlimited CKC registration to the right show or breeder home at our discreation. Our Shih Tzu puppies are overflowing with personality. They are adorable and endearing. We begin their personality formation early by treating them right from the very start. We make sure that, as Shih Tzu breeders, we keep the puppies very close to their mother and their other littermates for a duration of at least 8.5 weeks after birth. This ensures that their personalities form to be ones based on healthy attachment from the start. We provide them with the best possible clean and nuturing environment as long as they are with us so that they always feel loved and thus they are so loveable. These Shih Tzu pups for sale are raised around people. They are not only raised around adults but they are actually raised around our children and extended family. This leaves them well socialized to be around the people in your home. These AKC and CKC Shih Tzu’s absolutely love to be around people and warm up to new people quickly.

This creates a very lovable, social, and well adapted puppy that is ready to make a smooth transition from our home to yours.

We prefer to meet all new puppy owners in person but sometimes that is not always possible so we do offer shipping. Shipping within Canada is done out of Winnipeg, MB. and when shipping to USA destinations we ship out of Grand Forks, ND. Many different colors are produced here such as gold and white, brindle and white, liver and white and the traditonal black and white as well as solids in these colors. Most of our Shih Tzu’s come from champion healthy bloodlines so you know that you are getting quality puppies. Our puppies also come with a written health guarantee just as an added measure and all are CKC Canadian Kennel Club registered.
