This puppy application form serves as both a waiting list for up and coming
litters/or the selection of available puppies posted on the web site and as a
process in which forever homes are selected for our puppies.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject any application forms.
Our puppies are our first priority and we want only the best possible homes for them.


We have PayPal available for your convienence to make the required $500.00 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy. Please note that when using PayPal a 4% charge will be added to the final purchase price of the puppy. All deposits are non-refundable so please also be sure that you have submitted a puppy application form and have been approved first before you submit your deposit agreement along with the $500.00 non-refundable cash deposit. Also most importantly that you are committed to providing a forever lifetime home for a puppy!!

Deposit Agreement to accompany deposit

I understand that the deposit is non-refundable, with the balance due upon receipt of said puppy, which will be picked up between the 8th week and the 9th week of age. All balances must be paid in full 1 week prior to a puppy schedualed departure date if said puppy is to be shipped and all expenses related to the shipping cost such as remaining balance, crate, travel expenses, mileage, ect. are at the expense of the buyer. Boarding charges will accrue after the 9th week unless it is deemed in the puppy's best interest to remain longer or prior arrangement have been made. This deposit is non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

1. Debbie Wiebe does not have a puppy for the prospective owner(s) due to death, injury or illness of puppy.

2. If unable to provide a puppy, Debbie Wiebe will apply the deposit to the next available litter, or refund the entire deposit, as per the prospective puppy owner.

3. If prospective owner, due to personal circumstances, is unable to take a puppy from this litter, the deposit will be applied to the next available litter, of equal value, quality, registration, sex, coloring, ect. Solely under the discretion of the breeder, Debbie Wiebe

        a) Debbie Wiebe will only transfer the deposit to one litter, thereafter the entire deposit is non-refundable

The puppy you are purchasing is of pet and companion quality and sold with limited CKC registration on a spay/neuter non-breeding contract. Seller does not represent this puppy to be of show or breeding potential.

HEALTH

Seller states the puppy you are purchasing is healthy at the time of sale. For purpose of this agreement, once the puppy leaves the seller's premise, it is under buyer's control. Notice of any problem with the said puppy must be received within 48 hours in the manner described below.
1. Buyer agrees to have the puppy & a stool sample examined by a reputable veterinarian (currently practicing and in good standing) within 48 hours from the time of purchase and to have the veterinarian examination report completed by the attending veterinarian. This report must be returned to seller immediately following the examination. Failure to return written report within 24 hours of exam invalidates this contract. If the veterinarian establishes a major problem (internal, external parasites, kennel cough, or umbilical hernia excluded) with the puppy upon initial examination, puppy may be returned at this time. Seller reserves the right to have puppy examined by a veterinarian of seller's choice before exchange is made. (Arrangement for the return of puppy must be made within four hours of the veterinary exam).
2. Puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours from date and time of purchase against infectious diseases such as Parvo, Corona or Distemper and up to the puppies first birthday against genetic/hereditary defects that will affect the puppys ability to be what he/she was purchased to be a pet/companion.
3. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required hold a puppy until it is weaned.
4. The puppy you are purchasing is of pet quality and must be spayed or neutered by the age of six months. A copy of the veterinarian certificate must be sent as proof that the puppy was spayed or neutered failure to do so or breeding this dog will void this contract.
5. All veterinarian expenses are the responsibility of the new pet owner. No guarantees/warrantees will be honored if the puppy/dog is not up to date on shots or receiving proper care from a qualified veterinarian.

RETURNS

Seller will return purchase price of the puppy within the first 48 hours or provide a replacement puppy if one is available only, provided the conditions detailed in the "HEALTH" section are met. If the puppy has not visited the veterinarian as agreed, within the 48 hour time frame, and seller immediately following exam has not received the vet exam report, No exchange or refund will be considered.
1. To return a puppy, notify me by phone prior to return. The original veterinary report must be presented with the puppy.
2. Buyer will be given a replacement puppy if one is available or the purchase price only of the puppy refunded within the first 48 hours. Other wise the guarantee is for a replacement puppy only and no cash refunds will be given.
3. In the event of death of the puppy within the 48 hour guarantee period, Buyer will take the deceased puppy to a veterinarian of his choice for the purpose of an autopsy at Buyer's expense. The deceased puppy must be returned with a statement from the veterinarian setting forth cause of death. A veterinarian of Seller's choice to verify cause of death will then examine the deceased puppy. Assuming the two veterinarians agree the puppy died of natural causes of a warrantable condition, a replacement puppy if one is available or a refund of the purchase price only will be refunded the buyer. However, if trauma or neglect is found to play a role in the demise of the puppy in any manor or fashion, then no exchange or refund will be forthcoming. Additionally, buyer agrees to hold seller harmless for such. Puppies are not exchanged nor are refunding the purchase price of the puppy done for any other reason. Seller will take back the puppy/dog at buyers expense if you are unable to properly care for the puppy/dog at any time during his/her lifetime.
4. If you live in an apartment complex, or any residence that may restrict pets, you are affirming that you have received permission from the proper authority for this puppy.
5. No guarantee is made as to disposition, confirmation, size, or breeding ability.
6. Seller makes no guarantees, or warrantees regarding the puppy. This document represents the final, total, and complete agreement between buyer and seller.
7. Buyer agrees to return the puppy/dog at their expense to the seller should at any time during his/her life time the buyer is unable to properly care for this animal. The buyer may not sell, trade, give away, surrender him/her to a shelter nor abandon the animal.
